I had a policy query that was resolved to my satisfaction although it took a little over 7 working days since the issue was noted and rectified. I did speak to a very pleasant consultant by the name of Lucretia. She was very patient with me and deliberate in assisting me. I did speak to another consultant during the course of the seven working days, but Lucretia came back to me with good solid feedback.
