I had a lovely call with Ziakhona today and even though I had difficulties with my phone signal, she was patient and understanding, calling me back every time my call dropped. My policy is half the price of any other insurance, so I am very happy. She also spent time explaining cover for different items, even when I didn’t take those policies, she was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making this a seamless and easy process Ziakhona 😄
