I had a contract with Santam , then they installed a tracker for me from Tracker

I had a contract with Santam , then they installed a tracker for me from Tracker. Which was paid by them. I had my own tracker from Car Track . Which I was paying monthly. Now I sold my car 2 months ago. And I canceled Santam insurance and my Car Tracker. Now all of a sudden I received an email from Tracker that am owing them and for cancelation I must pay more than a thousand rand . Am very disappointed 😞 on Santam and Tracker on how they mislead me . There no way I would have 2 trackers on 1 vehicle. Now Santam must sort it out with Tracker. I never wanted tracker in the 1st place . Please help me
