I had a bad experience with santam insurance as a third party claim I submitted all my documents it's been 2 weeks now and still no feedback from the legal department I did email them no responds I did call they keep on saying I must leave my number but then they never call me back one of their clients drove into my car 2weeks ago and it's still not fix
