I discovered through my credit profile that I owe Santam an instalment from 2017.
After being with Santam from 2*** with no claims none whatsoever, today (2022) I discovered through my credit profile that I owe Santam an instalment. I even have a confirmation letter from Santam confirming the cancellation of the policy.
I am very disappointed. My credit profile is officially dented.
