I contacted Santam for an insurance quote to see if I could get a reduced premium for better benefits. Not only was the sales advisor very professional, but also very understanding towards my circumstances. His service was on point and very clear, leaving no questions unanswered. He was able to reduce my premium from +-R1200 to R772. So Im happy all around!
