I completed a quote with Santam and was assisted by Faseeg. He was professional and helpful during the process — however, Santam could not beat my current premium, which means I should have received the promised R500 Takealot voucher. No SMS, no voucher, and no proper follow-up. This entire promotion feels like a **** to get people’s personal information without delivering on the promised incentive. Very disappointed in Santam — I expected more from such a large insurer.
