I called Santam, requesting a territorial letter

I called Santam, requesting a territorial letter. Nontlhahla was very helpful, she explained everything that I would need to add to my current policy as I will be out of SA. She was very patient and answered all the questions that I had. She then sent me the territorial letter however it did not have the new info that had to be added to the letter. She stayed with me on the line for over 30 minutes. We decided to end the call and wait a bit to see if the letter would pull the new info. She went out of her to get me a manual territorial letter and called again to let me know that she resent it. Thank you so much Nontlhahla for your assistance, I really appreciate it.
