I called Santam on Friday, 7th March and I spoke to Thomas. He was absolutely fantastic. He provided all the needed information regarding car insurance for my vehicle. He was very friendly and patient with me. He also did not hesitate to answer all of my questions and go the extra mile. I am very happy with the service he provided.
