I called in on Monda...

I called in on Monday requesting for a drop down in my installment as it increased rapidly…I do understand that u was due for an increase but it was way to high…I spoke to two consultants who both promised to call me back…today is Friday and I haven’t received a call back…need I say that the first consultant dropped the call on me while I was still explaining,the second one pretended to be listening and said “I have sent your request I will call you back later”so annoying that I can to resort to hqllonpeter in order to get good service from a provider whom I have been with for 5/6 years now
