I called for home assistance, the app says assistance will arrive within 2 hours however 2 hours has passed and assistance or calls were received

I called for home assistance, the app says assistance will arrive within 2 hours however 2 hours has passed and assistance or calls were received. I'm currently holding on the Santam call centre for over 12 minutes for a follow up and still can't receive any joy. Terrible service!
