I called because I was making an online application to insure a vehicle which has been given to me as a long-term loan. The options concerning my relationship to the owner were not helpful, so I called the helpline, only to be told that it is not possible to insure a vehicle which I don’t own. Ten seconds later, Lindelwa Spolo (from Santam) called me and helped me to prepare the required information for insuring the vehicle. The fact that she initiated the call impressed me; and her manner and assistance throughout the process made it a totally painless experience - I would advise Santam to use Lindelwa‘s approach to train consultants. A great advert for Santam..!
