I applaud Santam, hassle free claims

I feel like putting good comments on hellopeter is not doing justice to Santam, I feel like I have to do more than this, but I hope that the public reads my coments and changes to Santam, gosh with all the loadshedding, my pool pump broke and my tv, I was very upset, with the situation we are in, I called on Wednesday I think, submitted the quotes to them on Wednesday, today I got paid out already for one claim, no hassle, no issues, nothing, I am so happy that I can replace the pump, and I saw that they will pay for the tv as well, I am so happy that I will own a tv again, my broker from my other policies asked me if he can quote me on house and car insurance, and I told him honestly, even if he can beat the price I am loyal to Santam for the mere fact that they are fair when it comes to claims, they dont make a fuss, and make a person dread putting in claims, or look for reasons not to pay, they just rightfully pay the claim, as per the policy, and for this I will never consider changing insurance, because I pay my premium each month, and when it comes to claiming, I dont have hassles, thank you once again Santam for this easy painless and QUICK claim process, I applaude you, best insurance company. thanks to the claims department, you are phenomenal
