Huge delay and extremely poor service.

Logged a claim for a leak in the bathroom - bath and toilet has been removed more than a month ago and nothing further. My recently widowed mom who's is pensioner, now sits with this mess in her house and without a bath and toilet, just gaping holes and heaps of sand!! I've logged a 2nd complaint today as we received NO joy after the 1st complaint.
