How long must one wait?????
A Santam client, Corne Van der Nest, rammed into my car from behind. He is fully responsible. He delayed the claim by one week before registering it. Since all required information has been submitted to Santam, almost 14 days have elapsed. Enquiries as to what is happening has not met with response. I am driving a NON roadworthy vehicle!!!
