How long does a payout take?

Dear Santam<br> <br> After a settlement offer has been made and accepted and banking details have been sent how long should it take to receive payment? <br> <br> I have been struggling with this claim since December last year and I only received help after anther post on HelloPeter. I sent proof of banking details on 19 March and that email was never acknowledged or rep**** to - it is now nearly 3 weeks later and I have had no contact or payment from Santam. Dealing with you from a third party perspective has been a shocking experience from day 1 and I find it extremely frustrating how I have to follow up numerous times for every step in the process.<br> <br> Please advise me further - I have been dealing with Innocent Phale.<br> <br> Thank you
