How do you get a broken CV fixed with a jump start

Car broke down, CV totally snapped, call Broker who agrees to notify Santam who will call me for locality, etc. Nobody from Santam calls, get a call from assist company, they are on their way to my home, where we are not! <br> <br> Give him our address in Montana, he does not even have a clue where Montana is. Give him directions, get call from Santam Assist, they cannot find one of the streets that I am referring to. Next moment my famous assistance guy calls, he is closeby. I tell him to wait, I will collect him before he gets lost. See this little car on the sidewalk, they sent him to pick up a car twice his car's size! Order from Santam Assist call centre says he must come and jump start the vehicle!<br> <br> Two hours later we are still waiting, at least had a call from a guy to check where the vehicle is.<br> <br> Is this pathetic or is it pathetic, if we were stranded in a less safe place, this is not acceptable!
