HOUSEHOLDERS INSURANCE STILL NOT ADDED AFTER 12 DAYS
Requested household insurance to be added on 20 April. Promised a reply in 6 - 8 hours. Tried again on 28 April. Noquitula said she would add it from that day. Still not added 12 days later
