Householders Claim

i had repairs done to my house through my Santam insurance policy , the repairs were finished on 8th October but the cracks reappeared in early november. I subsequently contacted the broker dealing with my claim via email on three occasions, the fist being at the end of November, asking for advice but as yet have not had any replies. this is a copy of the first mail sent to him. Good day Gerard. It is just over a month since the repairs were done to my house RE: ********** 41/3/1 Ins : Hegers JP,Mr and the crack is starting to re appear. The work was completed on 8/10/2017 i spoke to Christo Lamprech and was toll that there was no guarantee that the crack would no come back again but i cannot recollect him telling me that or if he mentioned it to you in correspondence with yourself? Could you please advise what i stand to do, do i again lodge a claim? Regards.
