Horrifying Service
The experience I have received being a third party claimer has left the most discussing taste when it comes to this company. Rude is top of the list to describe the legal department! Maybe treat out side parties better and you may get some more business but as for me I will never recommend your company and will definitely tell friends and family to stay clear of Santam!
