Horrible service provider

I would like to start by saying I am not a client of Santam. One of their client smashed my car. I am trying to submit a third party claim. One of their agent by the name of Tlhalefe sent me an email with the list of documents and pictures to send to them. I have emailed all the required document three times and every time my emails bounce back to me. I even tried going on their website to look for other emails to send it to but it seems like they the hardest people to get ahold of. I finally call them today and ask for an email address and the lady put me on hold saying she was going to get the email address for me but she drop the call and never called back. If this is the service they offer please be careful this does not happen to you.
