Horrible service

Bad service, 1st thing they lost my car n they where going around calling me and asking where it, I have been waiting for them to give me feedback about their evaluation for the past 5 days, Il call every day n the agent has no answer for me, he keeps saying Riaan Du preez, I'm so disappointed in santam they used to have good customer service but now the dropping the ball... Is so frustrating not knowing what's happening if they fixing my car or not
