Horrible Service and Customer Interaction

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ricardo from Santam. His attitude throughout our interaction was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. He constantly talked over me and my colleagues, refused to listen to our concerns, and came across as completely nonchalant about resolving the matter.

What was most concerning was the way he communicated — there were moments where his tone felt threatening and unprofessional, which is unacceptable in a customer service environment. As clients, we expect respect, patience, and a willingness to assist, none of which were demonstrated in this interaction.

I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this level of service does not reflect well on the company.
