Horrible *********** service

I am very disappointed with the service from Santam Legal Cover Department, I was called In July and accepted the cover, she'd for the cover to start on the 25th August as when they called me it was towards month in July, I called on the 30th August to confirm when the first debit order will go off and was advised that it'll be the 1st September, I then asked a copy of the agreement as I never received anything I was advised that they're offline and will send through the documents the following day. The 1st came through, nothing was deducted, no document received as well. I then asked for the copy of the contract I was shocked when they told me that they can't pick it up on their system. Wow
