Horrible service

Horrible service. I was in an accident with one of there clients that he caused on the 7th of August. We are mid September and they still haven't fixed my vehicle. Their client is all sorted tho, but myself as third party needs to suffer. My only means of transportation and I'm self employed. Can't work for 2 months now. Losing a lot of money. Can't provide for my children like this, yet they don't care. Feedback is bad, takes their time and just doesn't care about the third party who is busy loosing everything. Such unfair service.
