HORRIBLE SERVICE

Have been a client for 8 years. Added my daughters car to policy in the week and was unhappy with the premium. The matter was referred to underwriting to see if a better premium could be obtained. They came back and increased the excess on my vehicle. Pathetic! What makes it worse is I know that if I now take the trouble to get a better quote from another company, they will match that premium. It seems that their business model is to milk their loyal clients for as much as they can and only offer good premiums to people who are prepared to move. Terrible!
