Horrible experience with this insurance company

My policy number is ********** 98. I would rate this insurance company with a zero if there was that option. The experience we had has been horrible. They careless about customers dissatisfaction in their service. Working with their consult by the name of Keagan Mohamed was not pleasant at all. Antoinette Korth on the other hand acts as though she will attend to your query as a customer but disappears into thin air. I regret referring my mom to this insurance company and cannot wait to cancel them with immediate effect.
