Horrible experience

In 2022 we bought a phone from MTN and insured the phone with them and their insurance is underwritten by santam fast forward to 2024 we make a claim because the phone got ****** suddenly the claim is declined and they do not help us yet we have been paying for an insurance for a while. I have experienced the worst service from this company and I regret being insured with them.
