Horrible customer service

Currently have 2 claims with santam and both repairs are being done at the same time. Queried about my Ch and I'm told I have to pay 2 security deposits instead of the one ch being extended . Mind you the ch is on 16 days. Spoke to Sophie from the claims department who is extremely rude. When asked for management she told me I will need to call them , there is no one available to take my call and I can lodge my complaint here. Wow santam!
