Horrible claims service

The most horrible insurance company to get hold of - thank God I'm not a client of theirs. So this morning I received an email from a debt collector acting on behalf of Santam with a subject heading of ACCIDENT ON 6 JULY 2021 YOUR VEHICLE REG: 232281 MATTER ***.

Tried contacting your claims department to find out why I am being held responsible for an accident that was not caused by me, and given numbers from one pillar to post.

First of all the claim that was submitted is a ********** claim submitted from your customer stating that she was not responsible for the accident. I have photos, videos as well as an eye witness that can confirm that I am not responsible for this accident. But when investigations was done I was never contacted to confirm what exactly happened, it was just assumed that I am responsible for this accident.

I am not responsible for the accident nor am I responsible to pay this ridiculous debt you send me. Please can your legal or the claims dept contact me in order for us to proceed and further investigate this.
