Horrible Claims Experience with Kelebogile

Santam is hands down the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. A claim for something that happened before Xmas last year is still pending with no promise of being resolved anytime soon. Assessor doesn’t answer phone calls or WhatsApp massages, nobody seems to care. If you wanna save yourself the stress in a time of need or crisis, go to Outsurance or anyone else except for Santam. I’m gonna be making promoted reviews on social media platforms to warn people about the importance of staying away from Santam. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you, their consultants ask for good reviews to be written after every call. Honest companies don’t do that as a reviews should be initiated by customers based on exceptional service received.
