Horrible 3rd party claims handling

Your client drove into me, admitted guilt and intsructed you to fix my vehicle. My child was with me in the vehicle and luckily only had an hurt eardrum from the Airbag deployment. I did not press charges for reckless endangerment and accpeted her apology. It is now nearly 4 months and my vehicle is still not repaired. You offer me repairs on certain items which I will not accept repairs on as I did not have repaired items on my vehicle when your client smashed into me, it needs to be replaced with new items. Then your assessor contacts me and makes ****y and inapropriate remarks, what type of people do you contract, really disturbing! I am writing this after 20 emails sent to various people in the organization including top management who pass it down low level employees to handle this case with nothing more than generic emails. You have to fix my vehicle and hand it back to me in the shape it was in before your client smashed into me. I have your clients apology on record as well. Then you want me to sign a 3rd party release form before you pay out when you have stated there are certain items that will only be fixed after the repairs have been done and the vehicle has gone for an assessment. Please have someone with the proper authority handle this.

Any news on this, as the assessor now claims he did give the instruction for certain parts to be added!? So someone is not being thruthfull here, either Santam did not add the parts to the settlement offer or the assessor did not add it as he claimed on email!? I did not expect this from a company that recieved the FIA award for short term insurance.....
