Hopeless Service

I've made three calls and sent 2 e-mails to Santam to try and get assistance from them. They have been useless to put it mildly. One of my e-mails has bluntly been dismissed without really having been understood. The second has not been bothered to be responded to, despite Santam's pledge to respond to it within 24hrs. It has now been five days since mailing them. The last person I spoke to promised to call me back on Friday afternoon. His name is Riyaad. Still waiting more than 2 days later. The scary part is I really do not have a complex query. I shudder to think what would happen if I really needed them to apply their minds.
