I still have a pending claim and the guy that i spoke to sound clueless with what he was doing, every query i had he kept telling me that the system is not telling him anything nor did he seek help from his colleagues. Since then i never heard anything from him till to date. i was considering to cancel my cover but Sharmaine restored my hope after she gave me an exceptional service on Home assist service.
