good day, <br> <br> I have an insurance with Iemas for Home insurance, so the have sent me an email informing me that I will be dealing with Santam for any claim in my house. Last year I claimed that my house is clacking they have send the assessor to check the house they didn't tells me that they don't cover for clacking no feedback, and then last year again in December I called them I told them that someone broke the widows at my house and break the door they said to me they will send an assessor to check till today (27 Jan 16) I've been waiting for the assessor. I have celebrated my Christmas with broken windows and door, I really don't know what to do now.
