High unnecessary premium

I have been with SANTAM for 4 years well since 2021 June, using their car comprehensive insurance cover, my premium has went down by just R400 over these 4 years. Mind you I haven’t had a single claim besides the wind screen , and me getting a R100 discount every year despite my car being a depreciating item and the amount I owe the bank has hugely significantly decreased to a point where I am almost done , but my premiums remain so high.

Oh before I forget , they had increased my premium WITHOUT even letting me know and they are claiming that it’s their system, their system is set in such a way that premiums increase when being reviewed instead of decreasing.
