Hi everyone. Today i was attended to by Masixole Jonas at Santam direct. The call was meant to cancel my car insurance policy. He asked me politely if we could go peruse the policy. I agreed and at the end of the call I was highly satisfied with my new installment and happy that I could remain at Santam. Being a pensioner it was difficult to make ends meet. Mr Jonas is highly professional and definitely an asset to Santam. Thanks Santam and Mr Jonas. 🙏
