I would just like to thank Santam, especially Michelle Mthembu, the Claims Admin Support Clerk that dealt with my recent claim. Dealing with theft is very disruptive, but having an insurer that has your best interest at heart is really such a huge benefit. Thank you Michelle and the Santam team that really made a bad experience have a happy and positive ending!
