Happy Santam Client

I was involved in an accident on the 30th of August, I immediately called my insurer and was disconnected due to low airtime funds shortly into the call, Santam's agents (yes more than 1) immediately called me back to resume my call. Everything was sorted in under an hour, my car was towed by their trusted Tow company to a yard less than 15 minutes away from my residence. Once my car was in the hands of the panel beaters, they kept me updated almost daily regarding the status of my Claim and repairs on my vehicle. I collected my car and was blown away by the workmanship and the customer service that I received.
