I had a very happy/pleasant experience when submitting a claim with Santam Insurance for lightning damage! The entire process from start to end was a great. 😉 My assessor (Patricia Nko) kept in contact with me and informed me of the documentation required. 😇 After sending her the documentation, she did the check and balances. 👌 She informed me that there were 3000 lightning strikes on the day in question! 🌩️⚡ She followed up with her colleagues to expedite the payment into my bank account. 🏧 Thank you Santam, I have received insurance Good and Proper 😊👍👍👍
