Half work done

I had a claim for a burst geyser which Santam sent out plumbers to replace, but they had to cut a whole in the cieling of another room to fit the new geyser, Santam is supposed to send out people to come and repair the big hole in the cielieng, I have been calling and emailing and they are not responding, the one room that has the hole in the cieling is now unuasable because we cannot sleep in it as it is cold in this room due to the hole in the cieling, I am told that Berelese Cramford is dealing with this, he or she is not responding to my numerous emails, this is not how you should treat loyal customers
