Gross incompetence of Santam's claim consultants and assessors in my case

Had a head on collision with another vehicle, that I suddenly found in my lane. It happened on the 4th of October 2022.My vehicle was insured with Santam. With assistance of my friend I arranged for the towing company to remove the damaged vehicle( bags blown up). Ever since that day I encounter delaying tactics Mr.Lucky Matutu, Mr, Khaya Godlo who represented Santam and were in charge of bringing the case to its finality.I subsequently learned that they obfuscation and delaying tactics was their punishment for refusing to accept Santam's towing company and calling a Santam call centre agent a person under the influence of alcohol when I heard his voice slurring over the phone when I was in contact with him right after the accident. I receive the e-mail from Mr.Mtutu that the case was ready for assessment only on the 3rd of November.Since that the case got stuck at the quantum assessor Mr.Robert de Klerk and remains not finalised to the time of my writing this review.I find Sanlam consultants and assessors to be either *********** or purposefully employing delaying tactics as a form of punishment, My friend had a similar accident while being insured with another insurance house and she was sorted out in five working days time
