Great to be with Santam
I registered my cellphone claim with Santam on Wednesday morning where I was requested to submit numbers such as ITC number, SAPS case number, etc. I submitted the requested info on Thursday morning and by afternoon of the same day my claim was paid. Lauren Tantaal, Personal Claims Consultant, was very helpful and friendly during the whole process.
