great service when claiming

Service received from Reyaan Thoppay was good, I put in a claim and I was worried because the person that that bumped my car did not stop for me to take their details. Reyaan was more worried about my well being and how quickly I can take the car to be assessed for the claim process to begin. He also stuck to the timeframes that he gave me for calling me back to give me an update. I must also credit Santam as an organisation as I have never received bad service from any of their employees, their response time is always quick.
