Great service & response time

Yesterday, I had to update my KM reading with Santam in order to get the reduced premium for low KM's used. I sent it through the morning. Later, the same day, I received an e-mail back to inform me that it was updated and then, during the afternoon, I received the updated contract - all done on one day
