Great service rendered from Themba @ Santam

I am impressed with Santam. Call centre based in Cape Town ( ********** ) When ever some or other company phone you, all of them sounds like an automated machine trying to fore you to take what ever they are selling. Well Santam is in a league of their own. Themba phone me yesterday 24/08/2017 and wow what a great guy. He was very professional and friendly, not trying to convince me why they are the best not forcing anything down on me. It is the first time in many many years that it was a pleasure to do business over a phone. Within minutes my vehicle insurance was in place! Give that man a bells and while you at it give him a day off to enjoy his bells. Thanks to the great service I received from Themba I will be doing business with Santam for many years to come!
