Great service over the holiday period

I was the victim of a motorcycle theft in late November 2022. Normally at that time of year, service levels tend to drop off as people are getting into holiday mode. Not so with Thelma Jim, a vehicle theft desktop assessor at Santam. She was on the ball and gave me a thorough list of exactly what I had to do, and at times she was waiting on me as I was battling to get the required documents from SA Police, as well as the deregistration document from the licensing department. When I eventually got everything early this year, she processed it all very quickly and informed me that the claim was to be paid in full. Great service from both Thelma and Santam!
