Great service -intervention with TIC

I have received feedback from Sanlam in regard to my claim with their travel insurance division (TIC-Travel Insurance Consultant) that was initial declined with baseless reason . I called Santam to escalate my complain and my call was answered by a gentleman called Kurt Koopman . Who listened to my complain and took my details and promised to look at my claim and escalate it . He later informed me that after reading my written submission/presentation disputing the rejection of my claim, its only fair and just that TIC relook/review my claim .

He took the case to himself and roll with it until today and informed me that all is well with my claim.

I wish all the company's can employ people like Kurt with ear to listen and willingness to step in and assist even when they didn't have to .

He updated me in every step he took , I was way relaxed knowing that he got my back.

I recommended him for great service he has done . He said 'you have suffered a loss that was beyond your control and why must we put you in trauma again as a client' Kurt was human with me and stepped in my shoes .

KURT keep doing the right thing and change your client life and be reward in all you do . I will use Santam at anytime but not sure about TIC.
