Great service from the Claims Department

Hi There,

I just want to let you know that even though I a aware after the weather the past couple of weeks in gauteng numerous people got a lot of unforeseen damage the claims department is still pushing as hard as possible to resolve the customers claims.

I was helped by Johan Imellman and Sarah-Jane du Toit to complete my claim and I must say both of them are really polite, friendly and efficient. From a customer perspective I just want to let you know that I am very happy with the way these people treated and assisted me, well done and thank you both for the great service you provided me with i appreciate it! Other departments in Santam can look up to the way you are doing the work and getting things done efficient and proper.
