Great service from Santam insurance

I needed a no claims letter/letter reflecting that I was with Santam in 2019 and had cancelled my insurance. The assessor from my current insurance could not source this info. Spoke with a nice, professional lady - Nokuthula Mtombeni from Santam. She willingly assisted me, data was archived however she went an extra mile to ensure I was assisted and provided me with the information I needed. My line was also cut, and she called me back to ensure that I got assisted. Kudos to Santam for having such great employees.
